🗂️ Quick reference — terms and UI paths

The effect is described in everyday language. The table remains a single database — so search keeps working — and is grouped by area with colors.

Areas

  • Terms — what the words in the app mean
  • List — toggles and buttons at the top of the app
  • Assignment — what you see when you open an assignment
  • Filters — narrow down the list
  • Personal — your templates and privacy settings
  • Appearance — only your display
  • Admin — school-wide settings
  • Placeholders — building blocks for the assignment name
  • Permissions — who may change collections and rules

The context help in the app remains the first place to go.

Not meant as training. Detailed guides remain in the knowledge base.

Languages

  • Deutsch — terms as in the DE UI ([anzeigename], [klasse_kurz])
  • English — tokens as in the EN UI ([full_name], [subject_short])
  • Français — libellés de l’interface FR ([nom_complet], [matiere_court])
  • Italiano — etichette dell’interfaccia IT ([nome_completo], [materia_breve])
  • Українська — підписи інтерфейсу UK ([повне_імʼя], [предмет_скор])

Structure of each page

  1. Terms that get mixed up (private / hidden, library / collection, group / class)
  2. Main view “All assignments”
  3. Assignment card and preview
  4. Filters and options
  5. Personal settings and appearance
  6. Admin settings
  7. Title template placeholders in each language
  8. Permissions in brief

Each block names the UI path, so it is clear in which part of the app the feature is located.
