What matters for school leaders
EMAPro is not a second learning platform. Students stay in Microsoft Teams. What is new is a shared assignment library for the staff: assignments can be found, copied and are kept, even when class teams are archived.
You decide on the rollout, the trial scope and the license. Technical setup and permissions are handled by PICTS or ICT.
What you gain in practice
- Lesson preparation becomes shareable instead of sitting in private class teams.
- No new accounts for students, no migration of submitted work.
- One tenant = one school. Groups by building or by grade level are possible.
- Administrators can turn ratings off, set title templates and control visibility.
- No-obligation trial: usually up to three months, about 20 teachers, 1,000 assignments — or by arrangement.
What you are not buying
- Not an LMS replacing Teams.
- No guarantee that linked OneNote pages or Forms quizzes will still work after changing schools.
- EMAPro does not work without teachers who can create assignments in Teams.
How it works

- Decision: license based on the number of teachers, not students.
